Among Us Origin

 So I said we would know about the origin like the inspiration for it. Well here it is. Hope you enjoy!!!😀😀(There's a video version, links at the end  of the post.)


      The Origin of Among Us


The game Among Us is inspired by a game known as Werewolf.

In this game there is a bunch of werewolves(the impo in among us) and a bunch of villagers(crewmate).

They also have a group discussion on who to vote out.

Next up the alien bit was inspired by The Thing, it's a film in which a bunch of  researches are caught in a snow storm. They are forced to move into a cave where apparently another group was however the group were all dead. The only survivor was a dog( the shape-shifting alien in disguise).So as they wait out the storm the alien slowly kills them off.

This film was inspired by a book by a author who goes by the name of Lovecraft.

The book told the story of a rescue team who came to collect a bunch of researchers however all the people where frozen to death. After being put upside down in the icy water for to long. The books of the people says that they found a species of squid and were trying to dissect it for research by sticking it upside down in the ice. Then the researches begin to distrusts each other.However what happened  know one knows.

Now this is probably what inspired the space theme, was this other film called alien which was made in 1979.A group of astronauts were stuck inside their own space ship with an alien which starts to killl them off.

    Yeye have read the Thing book and also watch the movie. Movie is more scary. I have also watched all the Alien movies.
