Another story
Hello sorry 😞for not writing in a while, so from now on the a new post will be released weekly not on a certain day. Today we are going to tell the story of the Manekineko( you usually see a statue of it in Japanese restaurants at counters it would usually has a waving hand). It is called the lucky cat, if they have their right hand up it brings a peaceful period and good fortune to the business if the left hand is up.
Once upon a time there was a poor old woman who lived alone with a cat. One day the old woman found some wood. She had no idea what to do with it so she decided to sleep on it.
In her dream, her cat told her to crave a statue of it and put it outside. So when the woman woke up, she craved a replica of her cat and put it out side on her front porch. A while later, a traveling merchant came by.
He liked the cat statue and bought it from the old woman. The woman used that money to buy more wood and made more statues to sell. So from that they on the woman lived a happy, prosperous life.
